Halle Berry picks up her 3-year-old daughter, Nahla, from school on Wednesday (January 4) in Los Angeles.

The day before, the 45-year-old actress stepped out in Westwood wearing an emerald-like jewel on her ring finger, once again prompting rumors she and beau Olivier Martinez might be engaged.

Last year, Halle sported a jewel on the same finger, but her rep at the time denied an engagement and explained the ring was one of Halle‘s own.
