The 25-year-old English model, who was joined by her pal Nikki Pennie, is expected to attend the 2012 MET Ball this week!

“Why is it @CherCoulter everywhere we go with @nikkipennie there’s always someone she knows LMAO at the airport she’s said hi to like 10 ppl,” Rosie tweeted.
