Last week, the 24-year-old actress and mama was joined by former NHL player hubby Mike Comrie on a private jet – they were reportedly headed to Las Vegas!

On Monday, Hilary tweeted about their vacation. “Back from beautiful Napa Valley now packing for NYC! This baby is world traveling!” she posted, along with an adorable picture of baby Luca wearing his Babiators sunglasses!
