Tobey Maguire holds hands with his adorable daughter Ruby as they head to breakfast with his wife Jennifer Meyer and son Otis on Sunday (December 9) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The month prior, the 37-year-old actor was spotted at the 2012 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards in New York City where his jewelry designer wife was one of the runner-ups for the evening’s big prize and received $100,000, plus a mentorship.
