Liam Hemsworth Works Out While Miley Cyrus Wears Engagement Ring

Liam Hemsworth carries his pair of workout sneakers while leaving the gym on Monday afternoon (June 3) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 23-year-old actor’s fiancee Miley Cyrus was out and about that day doing promo around the city for her new single “We Can’t Stop,” which dropped that morning.

Miley made an appearance at On Air with Ryan Seacrest to premiere the song and flashed her engagement ring despite reports of a split.

“We Can’t Stop” has already made it to number one on the iTunes singles chart. Congrats, Miley!
