“Getting ready for Halloween only in New York,” the 22-year-old entertainer shared on her Twitter account along with a pic of herself in a Indian Headdress.

Earlier in the week, Rita was spotted out with a group of friends and Samantha Ronson while grabbing lunch in Venice, Calif.
