Patrick Schwarzenegger holds hands with his girlfriend Taylor Burns as they head to the Los Angeles Lakers game on Friday night (November 1) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The couple watched as the Lakers fell to the San Antonio Spurs 91-85.
