Bella Thorne dresses it up for a Pre-Oscars Party held at the Montage Hotel on Saturday night (March 1) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 16-year-old actress/singer was joined at the event by Arrow‘s Colton Haynes and her good pal Claudia Lee.
