Rihanna Inspired Olivier Rousteing for New Balmain Collection

Rihanna shows off her mega-watt smile while heading into a recording studio to lay down some tunes on Thursday night (September 25) in New York City.

The 26-year-old singer may not have been in Paris to attend the show, but her presence was felt at the Balmain fashion show that evening.

Designer Olivier Rousteing said in the show notes that the singer’s outfit at a fashion show after-party last season was the inspiration for the new collection.

“She looked amazing in her transparent top,” Olivier said (via the Los Angeles Times). “Was I jealous? Of course not, I was inspired.”
