Ed Skrein Talks Playing Villain Ajax In 'Deadpool': 'He's So Horrible'

Ed Skrein flashes a smile as he takes time to sign autographs outside of the AOL Studios on Monday (August 31) in New York City.

The 32-year-old English actor was joined by his co-star Ray Stevenson as they attended their AOL Build Speaker Series panel for their new film Transporter: Refueled, which hits theaters on Friday (September 4)!

Ed recently opened up about playing the villain in the much-anticipated Deadpool.

“Someone like Ajax is great fun because he’s so evil, and he’s so horrible,” Ed revealed (via People). “All of those characters that are quite evil are quite fun, because in real life if I see a fight it makes me feel sick, but when you’re in a controlled environment and you know people aren’t getting hurt, it’s a fantastic environment to torture people and beat people up and kill people, and do all of these horrible things that we wouldn’t dream of doing in normal life!”
