Morena Baccarin Wins Custody Battle with Ex Austin Chick

Morena Baccarin has won her custody battle with her estranged husband Austin Chick.

The 36-year-old actress will be allowed to bring her son Julius, 23 months, to New York City and live mainly there.

Austin will be allowed to visit Julius once a month for eight days, but has to notify Morena fifteen days in advance. He will also be allowed to bring his son back to Los Angeles for eight day visits every two months, though Morena has to pay for the flights, according to TMZ.
