Katherine Waterston Will Star in Ridley Scott’s ‘Alien: Covenant’

Katherine Waterston will star in Alien: Covenant, reports Deadline.

The 35-year-old actress, who co-starred in Steve Jobs, will play the lead role in Ridley Scott’s sequel to his film Prometheus.

The movie tells the story of a colony ship that discovers a dark planet inhabited by David (Michael Fassbender), a survivor of the Prometheus expedition.

Covenant may be the first installment of a trilogy that connects Prometheus to Scott’s 1979 movie Alien.

Katherine appears in the upcoming Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them starring Eddie Redmayne.
