“Equipo Grande,” the 22-year-old actor captioned the photo. He is on vacation with a bunch of his buddies like Johnny Lowe and Marc Thaler.

Days before flying to paradise, Patrick was skiing with his friends, his dad Arnold Schwarzenegger, and his brother Christopher in Sun Valley, Idaho.
