Josh Duggar Battery Lawsuit Dismissed
The battery lawsuit against Josh Duggar filed by adult film actress Danica Dillon has been dismissed, according to documents obtained by ET.
The 29-year-old adult film star was seeking $500,000 from Josh but has now agreed to bear her own legal costs, drop the suit and not refile at a later date.
The documents also state that Josh has agreed not to file evidence “which both parties agree would conclusively prove that [Danica‘s] claims are fabricated.”
Danica originally filed the suit, claiming that Josh had caused her “physical and emotional injuries” on two separate occasions.
