Are Jessica Lowndes & Jon Lovitz Dating? Not Really!

Jessica Lowndes and Jon Lovitz‘s new relationship is blowing up on social media and not everyone seems to think that it’s real… for good reason.

The 27-year-old 90210 actress and the 58-year-old comedian went public with their “romance” over the weekend, but sources tell JustJared.com that it’s actually to generate buzz for a new project.

“It’s a secret music project she’s working on,” sources exclusively tell JJ. “She’s glad people are believing it!”

Jessica alluded to the fact that she is engaged to Jon after posting a photo of a diamond ring on her finger. Something that didn’t up though is that she posted a photo of roses, presumably given to her by Jon, but fans figured out the photo is actually pulled off a wallpaper website.

While the “relationship” isn’t real, Jessica and Jon‘s friendship is definitely real as they have known each other for well over a year. They previously worked together on an episode of Hawaii Five-O.
