Aja Naomi King and her The Birth of a Nation co-stars Nate Parker and Gabrielle Union present on stage at the 2016 BET Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (June 26) in Los Angeles.

Also seen on stage later that evening during the show was Empire star Jussie Smollett.
