Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen step outside of their office building for a breath of fresh air as they take a break from work on Tuesday (August 9) in New York City.

Ashley, 30, was spotted using her cell phone and tending to her sister.

The fashion designers have been hard at work with their clothing lines, including their high-end brand Elizabeth and James.

Late last month, the two were joined by their younger sister Elizabeth at the Elizabeth and James Flagship Store Opening Celebration in Los Angeles.
