You may remember Justin Timberlake getting in some trouble for taking a voting booth selfie in Tennessee late last month while voting – well did you know, in many states, taking a selfie with your ballot is illegal?
In some states, it is totally legal to bring your phone inside the booth with you to snap a pic, while in others it is not.
