Nick Lachey Jokes About Covered Up 98 Degrees Tattoo

Nick Lachey covered up the 98 Degrees portion of his sun tattoo several years back and now he’s joking about it by posting a meme on Instagram!

The 43-year-old singer shared a photo of him from many years ago alongside a recent shot.

“How hot is it? Hell if I know, but it sure is sunny…” the meme read. Nick captioned the post, “Today’s forecast…”

Nick opened up to AOL about covering up the tattoo a few years ago.

“The tattoo where it used to be – it used to say 98 Degrees in the middle of it and then I actually colored it in,” he said. “It was just time to color it in. I colored it in actually while we were still a group, still touring. It wasn’t like I was saying, ‘Oh, that chapter’s done. Time to move on.’ It was a very cool bonding thing to do at the time. We were all starting out and didn’t know if we were going to make it or not. ‘This is a really cool kind of a moment.’”
