Tom Brady Sets a Super Bowl Record in 2018 Despite Losing
Tom Brady and the New England Patriots might not have won the 2018 Super Bowl, but the quarterback set an impressive record during the game!
The 40-year-old football player now holds the distinction of the most passing yards ever in both a Super Bowl game and in any postseason game.
Tom previously set the yardage record for the Super Bowl during last year’s game, when he passed for 466 yards. The previous postseason yardage record was held by Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar, who passed for 489 yards in a 1987 postseason game.
During Super Bowl LII, Tom finished the game with 505 yards! There have only been three instances of quarterbacks passing over 400 yards in a Super Bowl game and he now holds two of those titles.
Congrats to Tom on the impressive feat!
