Jimmy Kimmel Gets Colonoscopy, Documents the Procedure with Katie Couric’s Help (Video)

Jimmy Kimmel got his very first colonoscopy and documented the process with Katie Couric for Jimmy Kimmel Live.

If you don’t know, Katie‘s first husband Jay Monahan passed away from colon cancer at the age of 42. Two years later, Katie got a colonoscopy on the Today show to raise awareness for the procedure and to help save lives.

“You’re about to watch a camera go where no camera has ever gone before,” Jimmy said about taking the test for the first time after turning 50 years old.

At the end, Jimmy had a very healthy colon!
