Heather Locklear Hospitalized, According to New Report

Heather Locklear has reportedly been hospitalized and is undergoing a psychological evaluation.

According to TMZ, a 911 call was made concerning the 56-year-old actress on Sunday (June 17). The Ventura County Fire and Sheriff’s Departments showed up to her home.

According to a dispatch call, she was “acting erratically and threatening to hurt herself.”

We last heard from Heather when reports emerged that she had entered rehab earlier this year.
