The 19-year-old model bundled up in a black puffer jacket and jeans while the 23-year-old actor rocked a retro blue, pink, and yellow windbreaker for their outing.

Earlier in the week, the couple was spotted making their way through the airport as they arrived in Paris for the holidays.
