Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have welcomed their fourth child!

The 38-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality TV star and the 41-year-old Ye rapper welcomed their fourth child together, a son, via surrogate on Friday (May 10), Kim confirmed on her social media.

“He’s here and he’s perfect!” Kim wrote on Twitter.

Kim revealed that her surrogate went into labor on The Ellen DeGeneres Show one day before, much to mother Kris Jenner‘s surprise.

The couple already has three children together: North, 5, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 1.
