Britney Spears' Doctors Reportedly Agree Jamie Spears Should Be Out of Conservatorship

Britney Spears wants her father Jamie Spears removed from her conservatorship, and now her conservator Jodi Montgomery is filing paperwork that suggests her doctors agree.

In new legal documents filed this week, via TMZ, Jodi is officially supporting Britney‘s request to remove her father from being conservator of her estate.

Jodi says in the documents that it’s in Britney‘s best interest to have him removed, and she claims her medical team agrees with the decision.

This is substantial because if Britney‘s medical team also supports her request, it is likely that the judge will also agree to remove Jamie from the conservatorship.

Jodi also indicated she wants Jason Rubin to be appointed conservator of her estate instead, which is a decision that Britney supports.

According to THR, Jason is a licensed professional fiduciary and certified public accountant (CPA) who, according to his website, has ten years of experience and has managed complex portfolios with financial assets valued over $35 million. His background also includes financial elder abuse litigation and considerable forensic accounting experience.
