Kathy‘s rep told People, “She is now out of surgery and everything went well, per her doctor.”

Prior to the surgery, Kathy sat down with ABC News, and the episode of Nightline will air this evening. In the interview, she spoke about her diagnosis.

“Really just days ago — like, I think two weeks ago — I was diagnosed with cancer,” Kathy said. “As a friend of mine had said, ‘How many kicks in the nuts can you take?’ My nuts are pretty strong, but it’s a challenge. I was definitely in shock. I’m still a little bit in shock — not denial, but once a day I’ll just turn to like, nobody next to me and go, ‘Can you believe this s—? Is this a bitch or what?’”

Kathy revealed her secret addiction to pills and a suicide attempt in 2020 in the same interview.

Get well soon, Kathy!
