The 35-year-old cookbook author stayed safe in a face mask as she stepped out to do some shopping with her mom Pepper on Friday afternoon (August 27) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

For her outing, Chrissy kept things cool in a denim jacket over a black sports bra and black leggings paired with a baseball hat and pink sandals.
A few days before, Chrissy wrapped up in a long, black cardigan as she ran a few errands with a friend.
