Taraji P. Henson Wears Diamond Covered Outfit for Met Gala 2021

Taraji P. Henson is sparkling on the red carpet!

The 51-year-old Empire actress looked so fierce on the red carpet while arriving at the 2021 Met Gala on Monday evening (September 13) held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

For the event, Taraji showed off some skin in a black and silver, diamond-covered outfit.

The annual Costume Institute Gala is the fashion world’s equivalent of the Oscars and the event is usually held on the first Monday of May, but it was postponed until September 2021 due to the pandemic. The theme this year is “In America” and there will be a two-part exhibit with the second part debuting at next year’s Met Gala.

FYI: Taraji is wearing a Moschino outfit and Stuart Weitzman heels.
