Andy Cohen Claps Back at Kelly Dodd Over 'RHOC' Ratings: 'Reboot Is Going Great'

Andy Cohen is setting the record straight after Kelly Dodd criticized the latest season of Real Housewives of Orange County.

It was announced earlier this year that the 46-year-old reality star would be exiting the show alongside fellow star Braunwyn Windham-Burke, with former cast member Heather Dubrow set to return.

Kelly called out this season’s ratings in a tweet posted Monday night (December 27), writing: “​​Wait, wasn’t I the ratings problem ? Wasn’t there a boycott ?? We got over a million viewers 14 out of 16 weeks last season despite HUGE competition from election coverage on the news !!! This year ? #RHOC16 under a million 3x in 4 weeks ! Hey @Andy How’s that reboot going ???”

The following morning, Andy responded to her comments.

“Good morning!” he wrote. “Reboot going great. Feels like a return to form for #RHOC. Look at the delayed numbers, not live. That’s what’s measured.”

His tweet echoed a similar sentiment he shared earlier this year, replying to a Twitter exchange between Meghan McCain and podcast host Evan Ross Katz where they suggested the long-running Bravo franchised be cancelled.

“I think you mean reBOOT,” Andy replied at the time.
