Kanye West Demands Final Approval of Upcoming Netflix Documentary

Kanye West wants to make sure he has final say in his documentary.

The 44-year-old music superstar shared an update on Instagram on Friday (January 21), demanding that he gains access to the edit room for his forthcoming Netflix doc, jeen-yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy.

“I’m going to say this kindly for the last time,” he wrote.

“I must get final edit and approval on this doc before it releases on Netflix. Open the edit room immediately so I can be in charge of my own image. Thank you in advance 😊”

The multi-part series based on the life of Kanye is more than 20 years in the making, and will feature never-before-seen home videos and other rare footage. It was originally set to land sometime in 2021. Watch the first trailer!
