Prince Charles Tests Positive for COVID-19

Prince Charles has tested positive for COVID-19 for a second time.

The 73-year-old heir to the throne had the Coronavirus back in March of 2020. He did receive the vaccine, as did his wife Duchess Camilla, back in February 2021.

“This morning The Prince of Wales has tested positive for COVID-19 and is now self-isolating,” the Prince of Wales and his wife The Duchess of Cornwall‘s official Twitter handle tweeted. “HRH [His Royal Highness] is deeply disappointed not to be able to attend today’s events in Winchester and will look to reschedule his visit as soon as possible.”

The Prince was supposed to visit Winchester today to help unveil a new statue.
