It has been just over a year since Lily and Michael were first linked after they were photographed kissing!

This is seemingly the first romance for Lily since she was involved in a scandal with married actor Dominic West. The two stars were spotted kissing during a trip to Rome back in October 2020, which reportedly blindsided his wife.
