Mackenzie Phillips Reveals She Is Bisexual

Mackenzie Phillips is coming out.

The 62-year-old One Day at a Time alum got candid in an interview on Behind The Velvet Rope With David Yontef.

During the conversation, Mackenzie opened up about her love life, as well as her sexuality.

“I also love that I throughout my life have lived on both sides of the curtain,” she said.

“I’ve had boyfriends, I’ve had girlfriends, you know, throughout my life. I am neither one nor the other. I love our gay community. I mean, I love everybody,” she said, before clarifying “not everybody. Almost.”

Mackenzie married Keith Levenson in 2005. She has one son, Shane, 35.
