Lily Collins Explains Why A Good Hair Routine Is Part Of Self Care

Lily Collins looked so chic in a faux leather dress at the Living Proof Party event held at Vespertine in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (May 3).

The party was thrown in celebration of the 33-year-old Emily in Paris actress becoming the brand’s new ambassador.

Lily will be featured in future campaigns for the hair brand.

“Treating your hair well is a reflection of how you’re treating yourself internally,” Lily shared with Allure, while speaking on how a good hair routine is part of self care. “Before you’ve done anything at the start of the day, you can feel like the healthiest version of yourself, and it’s important to know what products make you feel that way.”

She added about teaming up with the brand, “[Living Proof] is not only science-based but also emotion-based — and it makes me feel my best.”

Just recently, Lily opened up about why she had to go to the doctor almost every week while filming Emily in Paris.
