TMZ reports that there is an “ironclad prenup” and Sam “doesn’t get a dollar from the fortune Brit‘s made up to this point.”

Britney is worth $60 million and that entire fortune will continue to be hers if she ever splits with Sam, though it’s not clear if he’ll get any of her future earnings.

People reported that Sam “will not receive any of Spears’ multi-million dollar fortune earned before the wedding date in the event that they split in the future.”
