Lil Uzi Vert Subtly Updates Pronouns on Instagram to They/Them

Lil Uzi Vert is seemingly coming out as non-binary.

Over the weekend, eagle-eyed fans were to quick to notice that the 26-year-old rapper updated their pronouns on Instagram to “They/Them.”

As of right now, Lil Uzi Vert has not released a statement about changing their pronouns on Instagram. The rapper previously had their pronouns listed as “He/Him.”

The timing of the Lil Uzi Vert‘s social media change also coincides with International Non-Binary People’s Day, which took place earlier this week on Thursday, July 14.

In May of 2021, Instagram updated its account settings to allow users to include their gender identities on their profile. There are now up to four gender identities available for users to choose from.

Lil Uzi Vert recently announced some upcoming music projects, including an EP titled Red & White and a new album titled P!NK.
