Details About Naomi Judd's Will Revealed: Daughters Wynonna & Ashley Judd Not Named as Executors

Ashley Judd, Wynonna Judd, Larry Strickland

According to the report, Larry has been named the executor, which means that he will be in charge of the estate, and gathering up assets and keeping them safe. Larry will also pay debts and taxes, and distribute the assets following the terms of your will.

The documents read that Larry will have “full authority and discretion” over any property that is an asset to her estate “without the approval of any court” or permission from any beneficiary of the estate.

It also states that Larry would be entitled to receive “reasonable compensation” for his services, and that he would be paid or reimbursed for all “reasonable expenses, advances and disbursements, including attorney’s and accountant’s fees, made or incurred in the administration of my estate.”

The will was prepared in 2017, and also states that should Larry not be able to carry out his duties, her brother-in-law, Reginald Strickland, and Daniel Kris Wiatr, the president of Wiatr & Associates, would serve as co-executors.

While Wynonna and Ashley are not executors of Naomi‘s estate, this does not mean that they are not still beneficiaries through a trust, if Naomi set up one.

At this moment, those details are yet to be revealed.
