Demi Lovato Performs '29' & 'Substance' During 'The Tonight Show' Take Over - Watch!

Demi Lovato took over The Tonight Show with host Jimmy Fallon this week.

The 29-year-old musician’s appearances all lead up to the release of her brand new album, Holy Fvck.

During her week long stops on the studio stage, Demi co-hosted the show next to Jimmy, and also gave two performances of her most-talked about tracks from the album: “29″ and “Substance”.

Demi also opened up about going back on tour.

“This was my first show in four years,” Demi shared of the performances she did this week. “So I hadn’t performed a full show in four years. I’m about to go on tour — the ‘Holy Fvck’ tour — and it was kind of like, I did have nerves, I was like, ‘Can I still do this?’ It was really actually nerve-wracking.”
