George Clooney Admits To This Massive Parenting Mistake
During an appearance on CBS Mornings, George revealed that their big parenting mistake was teaching Ella and Alexander how to speak Italian.
“We’ve made a terrible mistake,” he said, according to People. “We taught them Italian.”
What’s the problem with that? “We don’t speak Italian,” George explained. “So we’ve armed them with a language they can harm us with. And we both don’t really know what they’re saying.”
Ella and Alexander are already trilingual. On top of Italian, they also speak English and French.
“I’m from Kentucky, English is my second language,” George joked.
George referenced the fact that the children are trilingual during another interview earlier this month. In that one, he revealed if he wanted the children to go into acting.
