Kanye West Skips Deposition Before Kim Kardashian Divorce Trial

Kanye West is not cooperating for his divorce from Kim Kardashian.

The 45-year-old rapper did not show up for a scheduled deposition according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

The deposition was set to occur on November 16, where he was meant to be deposed by Kim‘s lawyers. It will now happen on November 29 at 9:30 a.m.

If Kanye misses that date, it could be a serious issue with the judge during their divorce trial, which is set for December 14.

It’s possible the ex-couple could form a settlement agreement before the trial date, but it doesn’t appear likely.

It’s been nearly two years since Kim first filed for divorce. A judge has already signed the order making them both legally single, but there’s still the issues of custody and the division of assets.

Kanye lost his fifth lawyer in the divorce case back in August.
