Aubrey O'Day Details Healing From Her Traumatic Relationship with Ex Pauly D

Aubrey O’Day opened up about all of the different ways she has needed to heal from her relationship with Pauly D.

The 38-year-old Danity Kane singer’s new single, “Couple Goals” touches on her traumatic relationship with the 42-year-old Jersey Shore star.

The couple date for a year and a half after meeting on the E! reality show Famously Single in 2015.

“Now that I have gone to Bali, got off of everything big pharma has thrown down my throat since I was 17 in order to be my most aspirational self in everything that I do. Um, I started to eat raw. I was doing reiki healing, theta healing, Wim Hof, ice baths. I was doing breath work. I mean, I was literally doing everything to get off medications to heal my body,” Aubrey told The 10s Spot of how she healed from the traumatic relationship.

Aubrey later went on discuss her perspective post-breakup to Pauly D and said, “I think he got his fame back and he turned straight back into maybe what he always was. But he wasn’t as popping when I was with him. And so he was maybe feeling like settling, even though settling wasn’t what he was doing, because he was cheating on me every weekend.”

Earlier this month, Aubrey opened up about how she used sex to try to keep Pauly D faithful to her.
