Lewis and Nicole Scherzinger met at an MTV Awards ceremony in late 2007, starting to date soon after.

They then dated off and on until about 2015, before breaking up for the final time after seven years.

“I’m devastated that it didn’t work out. It was the hardest decision we had to make, but we made it together,” Nicole shared in a statement at the time. “I love Lewis and I know he loves me. We wish nothing but happiness and the very best for one another. I’m trying to stay strong in my faith right now.”

Other times they reportedly broke up before getting back together were in 2010, 2011 and 2013.

Shortly after his split from Nicole Scherzinger, Lewis was then linked to model Gigi Hadid, starting with being seen at the amfAR Gala in May 2015. That same month, she joined a group of friends at the Monte Carlo Grand Prix and cheered him on.

“We love you @lewishamilton. Everyone knows you da champ. #TEAMLH,” Gigi captioned a group photo with Lewis.

Lewis and Gigi were then seen hanging out again at a VMAs event a few months later, but she was dating Joe Jonas at the time. They were later seen at Tommy Hilfiger events throughout 2017 and 2018, as well as at an event in 2019. The pair’s relationship status was never confirmed.
