Apple Martin Reveals Her College Major & If She Wants to Be an Actress
Apple Martin is revealing what she’s majoring in at Vanderbilt University and if she aspires to be an actress like her famous mom, Gwyneth Paltrow.
When asked if she was a drama major, the 20-year-old student told Interview mag, “I’m a law, history, and society major, but I wish I would’ve taken—maybe I’ll take a theater course before I leave. It’s a fun balance between my very different extracurriculars and my major.”

She was then asked if she’d want to act, to which she said, “I would love to do theater because I adore it so much. I’ve obviously never done film before, but I’ve been trying to get involved in student films. I was born a theater kid.”
And if she has singing chops like her dad, Coldplay’s Chris Martin, she said, “Yeah. I have a very low voice so whenever we’re doing harmonies it’ll be like, ‘Alright, it’s the boys and Apple.‘ [Laughs]”
