Savannah Chrisley Talks Potential Future in Politics

Savannah Chrisley is sharing her ideas for the future following her parents’ release from prison.

The 27-year-old reality TV star appeared alongside her parents on the The Chrisleys: Life After Lockup special from IMPACT x Dateline. During the special, the family discussed parents Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley‘s experience in prison.

According to Savannah, the experience has inspired her to get more involved – and possibly get into politics.

During the appearance, Savannah spoke about the way her parents’ prison sentence gave her a new view on how the prison system works. According to Savannah, speaking at the 2024 Republican National Convention isn’t the end of her political ambitions.

During the special, host Juju Chang asked if Savannah has thought seriously about running for political office.

“We cringe, but we’re kind of thinking yes,” her dad Todd said during the appearance.

Savannah clarified the answer and said, “There’s been some talk of a congressional run.”

Savannah was vocal about her parents’ unpleasant experiences in prison prior to their release and pardon.
