About Sarah Jessica winning the Carol Burnett award, one social media user wrote in his comments, “You mean f-k sjp & her award right? lol,” to which he responded, “Right.” For context, the post, shared by Noth, featured a caption that read, “F&@k new years – LETS GO!!!!”

On Wednesday (January 14), Chris wrote on Instagram, “My off the cuff slightly sarcastic response to a comment on the internet seems to have caused a tempest in a teapot. It is not news. It is not worth all this discussion. It is a waste of time in a world where there are more important things to worry about.”

If you don’t know, Chris has been accused of sexual assault by multiple women but has said he did nothing wrong. Chris and SJP co-starred together on Sex and the City and he appeared briefly in And Just Like That as well. He was cut from an episode once the allegations came to light.

The SATC ladies released a joint statement when the allegations came to light.
