Taylor Swift Starts New Countdown on Her Website, Seemingly Teases ‘Toy Story 5’ Song

Taylor Swift is teasing a new announcement!

On Thursday (April 30), the 36-year-old “Cruel Summer” singer quietly took to her website, TaylorSwift.com, to post a new countdown, scheduled to expire in 48 hours.

After sharing the countdown, fans were quick to notice the background of the video is very similar to the iconic cloud wallpaper that’s in Andy’s bedroom from the Toy Story movies! The font is also similar to the Toy Story logo, which has a blue border with yellow coloring.

While nothing is officially confirmed yet, many believe that Taylor is teasing a new original song that will be featured on the soundtrack of the upcoming Toy Story 5, which is set to be released by Disney & Pixar on June 19, 2026.

“That sky and cloud background is giving major Toy Story vibes! Is she dropping an original song for Toy Story 5?” one fan wrote on X, while another tweeted, “TAY STORY 5 IS REAL.”

Over the years, Taylor has written original music for movies, including “Today Was a Fairytale” for 2010’s Valentine’s Day, “Safe & Sound” for 2012’s The Hunter Games, and “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” with Zayn Malik for 2017’s Fifty Shades Darker.

The countdown is set to expire at 1pm ET on Saturday, May 2, so fans are just going to have to wait until then to get the official announcement from Taylor!
