Hayden Panettiere 911 Audio Released, Details Call for Help After Actress Was Found Unresponsive

Newly released 911 audio details the emergency response after Hayden Panettiere was found unresponsive in South Carolina.
CBS News shared the recording on Wednesday (October 14), identifying the caller as Zach Hickerson, the brother of Hayden‘s former boyfriend Brian Hickerson.
The call concerns the August 16 emergency at the Greenville residence where the actress was staying. She passed away that afternoon at age 36.
Zach tells the dispatcher that he had returned from church before finding Hayden unresponsive.
When asked whether she was breathing, he responds, “No, I don’t think so.”
The dispatcher asks him to locate a defibrillator, which he is unable to find, before giving instructions for CPR.
“OK, we need to start CPR,” the dispatcher says.
First responders subsequently arrived, and Hayden was pronounced dead at the scene at 2:32 p.m. local time, per Page Six.
The Greenville County Coroner’s Office previously determined that her death was an accident caused by the toxic effects of multiple drugs, including fentanyl.
