Brittany Snow is joined by her boyfriend Tyler Hoechlin while attending the Refinery29 after-party following the 2015 CFDA Fashion Awards on Monday (June 1) at The Top of the Standard in New York City.

Also in attendance were Joe Jonas and Jhene Aiko, who changed out of her red dress from the awards show to chic two-piece look to perform at the party.

There were a ton of models that were in attendance at the show – Hannah Davis, Jessica Hart, Coco Rocha, Petra Nemcova, Hilary Rhoda, and Anna Ewers, among others.

The 41-year-old fashion designer was joined on the white carpet by Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen, who posed with tall actress Aymeline Valade.

Tom Ford, Diane Von Furstenberg, Tory Burch, and Betsey Johnson were some of the other well-known fashion designers at the event, which honored people, who contributed to the fashion industry.

Janelle Monae dons a bold ensemble while arriving at the 2015 CFDA Fashion Awards held at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center on Monday (June 1) in New York City.

The 29-year-old singer was joined by Pharrell Williams and his wife Helen Lasichanh.
