Entertainer of the Year winner Jason Aldean was spotted sharing a sweet kiss with his wife Brittany Kerr while backstage after accepting his award.

Julia Michaels, a newcomer to the country music scene, got to meet Miranda Lambert, who broke history at the show by becoming the most-winning artist in ACMs history.

Carrie Underwood brought two outfits to wear at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday (April 15) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The 35-year-old singer hit the stage to perform her song “Cry Pretty” and she later changed into a different dress when her nomination for Female Vocalist of the Year was read.

Carrie made her first public appearance at the event since she was injured in a fall at her home, which left her with 40 stitches in her face. It looks like she has made a full recovery!

At the show, Carrie picked up the award for Vocal Event of the Year for “The Fighter.”

FYI: Carrie is wearing a Berta gown and Giuseppe Zanotti pumps.

Kelly Clarkson and her mother-in-law Reba McEntire share a cute moment on stage at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday (April 15) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The 35-year-old singer joined Reba for a duet of the legendary country singer’s 1993 song “Does He Love You.”

Kelly and Reba have sung the song together in the past and they even toured together once.

“We have performed together many, many times,” Reba told People before the show. “I’d love to [tour together] anytime she wants to do that again, so getting back on stage with her is going to be a blast because she sings her butt off and she’s cute as a button.”

Rebecca Romijn walks the red carpet with husband Jerry O’Connell at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday (April 15) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The 45-year-old actress wore a dress that was completely sheer on the sides and most of the back!

Rebecca hit the stage during the show to present the award for Male Vocalist of the Year and she got to accept it on Chris Stapleton‘s behalf as he was not present at the event.

The Talk co-host Eve was also at the show as a presenter!

FYI: Rebecca is wearing an Uel Camilo gown, a Simran Rihal clutch, and jewels by L’Dezen by Payal Shah. Eve is wearing a Borgioni diamond snake ring.

The singer performed her new single “Cry Pretty” for the first time since her scary fall at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday (April 15) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Carrie sported tear-shaped glitter below her eyes while performing the song, looking emotional.

“Thank you for having me…I’m still kind of like…shaking right now. Thank you,” she told Keith Urban after the performance.

Miranda Lambert is bringing the fire!

The superstar performed “Keeper of the Flame” at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday (April 15) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Miranda took home the award for Female Vocalist of the Year, as well as for Song of the Year with “Tin Man.”

“ACM Celebration! @LittleBigTown jumps on the #glamjam bandwagon,” Miranda wrote on her Instagram, captioning a cute celebratory video dancing to Bruno Mars.

The winners have been revealed for the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards!

It was a great night celebrating the best in country music on Sunday (April 15) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Jason Aldean won the Entertainer of the Year award for the third year in a row.

Miranda Lambert, Chris Stapleton, and Brothers Osborne tied for the most wins, with two awards each. There was also history made during the show as Miranda is now the artist with the most wins ever with 31 awards.
