The creators of Game of Thrones – David Benioff and D.B. Weiss – join the cast and crew to accept the Outstanding Drama Series award at the 2019 Emmy Awards on Sunday (September 22) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
The HBO series won the award for the fourth time in a row, cementing its place as one of the most beloved shows of all time.
Game of Thrones beat out Better Call Saul, Bodyguard, Killing Eve, Ozark, Pose, Succession, and This Is Us for the prize this year.
For its final season, Game of Thrones earned a record 32 nominations. Here is a list of all 12 awards it won:
